How long is the course?
This course is a minimum of 6 hours not including test times, but the average time
is 8 hours. |

What is the cost of the course?
The cost is $105.00 plus GST = $110.25. |

I have finished the course now what?
Once completed the course a certificate will be completed for you. It will be mailed
or you may pick it up at our office to take to a registry office to have your demerits
reduced. You may also choose to have it couriered to you for an additional fee. Certificates will be ready in 3 - 5 business days after course completion.

What is wrong with the clock on this course?
The time of six hours doesn’t count in test areas. |

Why can I not get help?
The office hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am – 3:30pm |

How do I get the certificate faster than 3 Business Days?
If you need it faster you can pay an express fee of $50.00 plus courier fees. |

|
Do I have to do the course all at one time?
No, you may sign in and out as you want. If you still need additional time after
two weeks, call the office and we will extend your time limit. |

|
|
|
How many times can I take the final exam?
You may take it three times. |
|
|
|
|
|
How often can I do the course?
You may do the course as often as you like, but may only receive the demerits reduction,
every 2 years. |

|
|
|
|
What mark do I need to pass the course?
You need at least 80%. |

What is the difference between classroom and the online defensive driving course?
Online is done on an internet connected computer in the comfort of your home or
office and at your own speed.
